I have worked with complex IT infrastructure for over 15 years. My focus is on reliable operations, sound technical decisions and careful implementation: virtualisation, server platforms, storage, backup and monitoring.
I take an analytical, structured approach, quickly familiarise myself with existing environments and explain technical issues clearly. Beyond solving the immediate problem, I prioritise useful documentation and solutions that remain sustainable in day-to-day operations.
Depending on the project, I provide second- and third-level support, take responsibility for design and implementation, or support migrations and technical changes from the initial assessment through to handover.
